Powered by OCL’s Tubie cylinder, the Kwyet Sphere has a subtle omni-directional illumination which creates a virtually unlimited number of unique and interesting viewing angles. The subtle inner glow from the fully lit cylinder grazes the edges and surfaces of the fins, creating a perfectly orchestrated gradient of light and shadow.
In addition to the ambient volumetric light that escapes the inner acrylic diffuser, the optional dual-circuited downlight provides a focused task illumination with either a 25 degree narrow flood or a 60 degree wide flood at approx. 1500 lumens.
OCL’s 9mm acoustic fins are composed of up to 50% post-consumer recycled PET material, are fully recyclable and when combined with BIOS technology can contribute to L03, L04, L07, L08 and S04 of the WELL Building Standard V2.
